We’re as excited as you are to get the fun rolling! Here’s the 411 on how your CHooZ FUN gear gets from our HQ to your doorstep:

🚚 Where We Ship:

For now, we’re keeping it close to home—shipping within the U.S. only. Got friends outside the U.S.? Tell them to keep an eye out! Expansion might be on the horizon.

📦 Shipping Costs:

Shipping rates will calculate at checkout, based on your order and location. While we work on dialing in the perfect shipping plan, all fees are transparently laid out in the checkout process. No surprises, promise!

📅 Delivery Timeline:

Once you place an order, expect a processing time of 1-2 business days. After that, your package should arrive in 3-5 business days (not counting weekends or holidays). We’ll send a tracking number as soon as your order ships so you can follow the journey!

💸 Duties & Taxes:

We keep things simple—U.S. orders only means no extra duties or import taxes to worry about!
